This is different from Day 112 (on-demand desktop AI) — that's "when I ask". Today is "every day, automatically, without asking". One recurring AI task reclaims hours weekly. 1Identify one repetitive task you do regularly
Daily: morning email sorting, news digest, inbox review. Weekly: status report, data pull, lead list, team update. Monthly: performance audit, reconciliation. Pick one that takes 15–60 minutes and repeats weekly or daily.
💡 The best candidates are routine tasks with a clear input and output: pull data → generate report → send. Avoid tasks that require judgment or human decision.
2Design the AI task: input, process, output
What data or info does the AI need (email inbox, sales database, news API)? What should it do (summarize, filter, generate, analyze)? How should it deliver (email, Slack, dashboard, CSV)? Write it in 1–2 sentences: "Every Monday 8 AM, pull customer data from [source], generate weekly report, email to [recipients]."

3Choose a platform (Gemini Workspace, Zapier, n8n, Make)
Gemini Workspace: easiest for text-based tasks (summarize emails, generate reports, curate content). Zapier/Make: for multi-step workflows (pull data, process, send). Start simple: a cloud AI agent that runs on schedule.
4Set the schedule and test
Configure: What time should it run? What day(s)? How often? Test it: run it manually once, check the output, make sure it's right. Then turn on the schedule and let it run.
